After order is placed please allow 1-2 business days to process and verify credit card authorization before we ship out your order. During this time, you will receive a tracking number via email. Generally, shipping takes about 48-72 hours. When your order is shipped we will email you with a tracking number. We only ship to the address provided. To expedite shipping process please be sure to include apartment and/ or suite number if applicable. After orders are placed we are unable to make any changes to your or including shipping addresses. In the event that your package is left at the post office after several delivery attempts and comes back to us, we will notify you via email. We are not responsible for carrier delays from the post office, natural disaster delays, or delays due to the holiday.
Do not place last minute orders. Please give yourself time to ensure that you receive your products before any important events. We are not responsible for any late packages that are out of our control.

All products are shipped 2-3 business days priority mail. USPS. A tracking number will be sent to the email you provide. It is your responsibility to confirm that you put in the correct address when ordering.
